Can you keep trying in one week for the bounty or is the chance just included with the reward and you can only try once a week?

It's on a weekly reset timer u get 3 chances a week to get one to drop

Maybe but knowing destiny the 34 and 35 are linked together

They're not. I did a 34 both before getting my ciphers on 35 from Skolas. So you definitely have 2 chances per character per week.
