Just my opinion here, but i think 32,34 & 35 POE should always drop at least one key in the baby chests. The modes are very difficult and a lot of people will NOT do POE on those levels without a key.

I refuse to play PoE at 32,34,and 35 due to the key mechanic unless i really need an etheric light i will not grind for a key to obtain a reward i should get for beating the level is like running a raid and getting no reward. ....no thanks

Lol 32 is a cake walk. I can see dropping a key in 34 and 35...
