Bungie, what is your stance on Optional Matchmaking after the sudden surge within the community requesting it?
EDIT 2: Lost Sol has this idea and I am in full support of it, are you?

the community wishes for optional matchmaking or a in-game LFG system, would you care to respond to there feedback that you continuously remove from trending and highest rated?

if you wish to make Bungie notice please like and comment, I will however be ignoring posts until Bungie answer the question, I will also be muting anyone who throws around insults e.g. calling someone or a group of people kids, this discussion is for those who respect each other's opinions.

3 RepliesMy opinion is that instead of people coming to the forums and complaining about it use that time to find a clan or use lfg after a few days or weeks you should have enough friends to play with.

It's not going to happen. Bungie would have addressed this long ago. It's 9 months later and nothing changed. They are listening, but they have more important things to tend to like facial hair or wearing your helmet at the tower. I'm all for [b]OPTIONAL MM[/b]

1 ReplySo in principal I generally disagree with mm for raids and nightfalls since these activities require vast amounts of cooperation and coordination. That being said I have come to change my mind recently in so much as that at the very least everyone should have an opportunity to try these activities and I fail to see how optional mm (something you opt into) would hurt the game). One things for sure if they tried it at least on a trail basis it would undoubtedly put an end to this debate.

1 ReplyThe ONLY positive to have mm would be you save 5 mins on a lfg site or forum but there's a lot of negatives! Bungie knows this! If it's not there from release and the game has done absolutely fine then I can't see them adding it now!

4 RepliesAll the MM haters should STFU and get back into scouring LFG and asking newly befriended randoms if they got "any friends they can invite, etc" because they been waiting a while to get the 4th, 5th, 6th person in the fireteam. Those who are for MM, well if it's granted, then we get to experience the stress free efficiency gains. To all Haters - make sure you STAY THE F#%! OUT of MM if ever it gets implemented for raids.
