Drowners brain an whatever eyes,,. What do I do this stuff????? Am I supposed to dismantle it or does it come in play with later recipies.
How do I upgrade those special gear items? Do I go to the craft and "recraft" it?
I accepted a lvl 24 quest as a 10 and I'm supposed to do "swords and dumplings" will I fail it if I don't do it that night?

You will definitely need monster eyes and brains to craft witcher gear. Dismantle any specific monster part and have it become generic.

Ok so I do need to. Thanks!

They're for crafting and alchemy. You have to find the diagrams. No.

I know what they are for, but do I dismantle or leave them as is? For instance I don't think I've ever made anything requiring their brains or eyes. But I think I have used their components. Will I need the undismantled versions or are all organs supposed to be dismantled for use.. For instance a doll has no use unless dismantled. Diagrams just for upgrades? Jeez Thanks

Edited by George Foman: 6/1/2015 8:12:54 PMDrowner brains are used in swallow potions. Their tongues are used in 2 other potions I think.

Yea, just dismantle them as you need them. Nekker tongues turn into monster tongues, etc.

Yep glad I hoarded all the alchemy stuff and have weight issues here and there. Needed the eyes and had none,, fortunately I had a lot of necker eyes to dismantle, saved me a grind

Alchemy items only weigh .01, might be animal hides that are weighing you down.

Give the old wolf a break dude, he had amnesia after all. But when thinking about quest level differences, I prefer to go within 3 levels but it really just depends on the difficulty setting you're playing at and your effective use of potions, signs, oils etc.
