As I stated, I can provide proof of my legitimacy if need be. You can say I am a lag switcher, that is okay, but it is not confirmed until you can provide proof.

Obviously Bungie has proof otherwise they wouldn't have banned you!

That's not what I have been informed by other users. Bungie apparently bans the entire fireteam because it isn't possible to detect the individual that cheated; however, neither I, nor my teammates, cheated. Some matches opponents diconnected randomly, or - in rare cases - there was no enemy team entirely.

I'm not sure you understand both feeble and the situation. As I have just explained to another user, Bungie has not done a proper job handling the bans given out last week. My excuses are completely justifiable and legitimate with proof if need be.

You don't understand how the criminal justice system works. You may have never committed the crime, however if you are found guilty by your peers then according to the courts you are guilty. This is no different. You have been found guilty. No amount of crying will change that.

Oh I am. I keep getting disconnected ever 2-5 minutes ever since HoW launched. I've done everything physically possible in my end so I am happy to hear others are experiencing the same issue as me, and even more happy that there are idiots like the OP who haven't had any issues connecting but got themselves permanently banned for being a idiot

Yeah I can see where you are coming from on that end. How ever that's bungies fault. To my experience there servers are trash. Not any one using "lag switch" and I feel OP is genuinely serious, that he did in fact get banned for no reason.

Every person was innocent until proven guilty, and many people in prison are genuinely innocent. Haven't you heard of people being released from prison because they were falsely charged?

Honestly, I believe the guy didn't cheat, there have been a ton of false banning posts lately. And with the huge wave of reports going to bungie from trials, I could see how mistakes could happen.

But, in your situation, if you have a way to prove innocence you are allowed to do so; however, here this has not been possible so far.
