Here is how I handled this twice when it happened to me last week, waited, watched then left.
Any random not doing the strike I leave.
I spawn, get on sparrow, go to first corner, turn and wait any pissing about I'm gone, if they don't follow, I'm gone.
If they make any half decent attempt even the low level players I've no problem.

I just hate leaving the 1 player that IS participating in the lurch. I will stay for the sake of one, because I hate it when I am left alone in a strike myself.

I point at the afk player a good few time's, it comes up on screen, Then wave goodbye. If they have any sense they leave also.
