We managed it last night as long last.
3x lvl 34, Titan with WOL bubble, Warlock and Hunter. 2 x patience & time and a Efrideet's Spear Arc sniper rifle maxed out at 365.
Getting head shots each time your fire is very important so as to stagger him and a nimble little Hunter at the end, able to dismantle the mines.
It was certainly easier last week.

Yeah what my team did is have the hunter round as soon as the mines are announced i invis mode and look for the mines while me and the other titan keep snipping skolas but the good thing as you see in the video the first mine spawned right next to us which made is much easier for the hunter to go in invis mode, secure the mine AND keep shooting skolas.
