He's already sold it BUT YES HE SHOLUD SELL IT AGIN p.s. bungie doesn't control what xur sells it completely random

They have direct access to the code. They can do whatever they want, turn gravity off so we float away when we jump, make it so getting hit with bullets heal you, or even change what cut has for the weekend. Though I think they would consider the first two before the third unfortunately

Bungie has a xur that they can control, they've used him once that they've told us. But they could if they felt the urgency.
