Thorn like all good hand canons are 2 head shots dead 3 chest and dead. Word of crota, fate bringer, Dregs six, her mercy, all of them are 2 to the head and dead. Hawkmoon is the same unless you get lucky then it can be one to head and dead.

2 RepliesI have been using thorn well before it became popular and AR ruled PvP. Then all the tears about assault rifles being OP had Bungie nerf them. So this community of nerf this and nerf that created this rise in hand cannons. So now the community needs to deal with it. There will always be a best weapon Suros, vex now thorn. If they do nerf HC's or just Thorn I give a few days before new salty tears begin to fall on the next new "OP" weapon. And if you can't beat them, Thorn them. #Thorn4Life

1 ReplyYea, not Deej's fault and most of the community doesn't want a nerf since they know this problem originated with the nerf of the Auto Rifles. If Autos get buffed again, the Thorn will not be used as much since it will lose in many close quarters engagements. Skilled players will still use it but the scrubs will go back to using Autos.
