Not really, Microsoft have had continued growth since E3 2014 and it's only a matter of time before the numbers even out.

The reason I don't think that is because xboxes are $300 with mcc. The 360 was on the market first and ps sales still caught up

It would be very interesting to hear your estimation of when these numbers (which are quite far apart) will even out. "It's only a matter of time" is a tad vague for my liking.

Happened last gen with Xbox winning, then gen before PlayStation was winning. In the end though the sales even out.

It is brilliant logic, Xbone had an awful E3 and PS4 had a great one which provided the massive difference but both platforms are financially doing fantastic and improving a lot. The numbers will fluctuate but I don't foresee the gap staying as it is permanently.
