I had around 260 motes then spent Rad/Asen Shards. Around about 1100 material items. I also spent about 50 Strange coins on motes.

No problem, but what do you mean by when? You mean exchange Shards for motes? I think you can just do any time, if I'm not wrong. Just make sure you have Shards not Energy in your Inventory. If it doesn't come up in his menu reset your game or wait until Friday.

Okay I checked a couple hours ago but he was still doing the same shit since day one but I saw a clip of a friend exchanging for all motes. Maybe the material has to be in my inventory?
