Yeah -blam!- them and their 'investment' team... a bunch of ahole psyc majors making decisions to increase the grind...
look at the Iron Banner helmet.. pure pvp players had to wait to the week before HoW to even have a CHOICE of what exotic to wear, before then they were all exotic helmeted faux 32s.

i actually think its kind of genius. its the perfect was to prolong the game until the next expansion.

Business wise, it's great, but I don't see myself getting future expansions.
