I've found 2 others. 1 is by the lift that takes you up to capture skolas in the last mission. Walk to the lift. Walk around the outside of it so you are directly on the right of it and look at the wall. There will be a little hallway in the wall. Jump in there and climb up the blocks that are in there. There is a token on one of the steps.
