I would assume that you have to get 9-0 every weekend to be able to go there.
Makes sense, because you could dominate one weekend and get a major ass-whooping the next.
I don't think it should be an one-time unlock. You ought to work your ass off every time.

My assumption is that it would stay unlocked, but you'd have to go 9-0 again for the chest.
