If you don't collect the chest at the end of the Arena that Arena won't show as completed. So what I did was leave at the end of every final boss kill on 34 and ran it helping ppl on LFG. Ran it about 10 times and no bounty I think somehow they save the FIRST time you kill that boss no matter what it shows as completed or not.
Could just be RNG and a really low chance but from what I'm hearing from everyone with proof is that they only get it on there first kill on the final boss for 34/35.
Also had 2 friends I was running it with get it on there first try.

I have to agree. I think it either has a chance to drop on certain accounts or the drop is given on only the first kill. If it is only given on the first kill then each player has 6 total chances per week of receiving the bounty. Two chances per character in one week. One chance on the lvl 34 boss kill and another for lvl 35 boss kill.

me and a fire team member received it yesterday on the first run. 2 out of 3 of us got it..
