I flinch when i use my patience and time, which has max balance, the range on higher RoF hand cannons could go down just a bit

If I was hitting you w high caliber rounds on my Monte Carlo you couldn't hit the broad side of a barn w/o unflinching

Max stability? You can take 6 rapid shots and all the bullets hit almost the same spot
