Why would anyone use this exotic while running sunsinger lol what a waste.

Idiot, I run it on sunsinger with radiant skin and I survive a golden gun shot.

For PvP it makes a huge difference.

Ehh that boost in armor just isn't enough of a reason. Voidfang is a better option if your running sunsinger, but that's just my opinion though.

If I was going to use void walker armor while in sunsinger I'd rather spawn with two grenades than have a miniscule amount of extra armor. I can stack armor already and walk through trip mines anyway.

But apparently, it's an extra 21-26 armor. Essentially giving you as much armor as if you put everything into armor in the first place

That's why I'd rather just stack armor and use something like HoPF, Starfire or even voidfang. Just the increased armor alone isn't worth it to me, and that's the only perk it's truly good for used with sunsinger. Just a waste to me.
