Sorry to be a clueless wonder but could someone explain this naughtiness to me.

Basically someone uses a packet sniffer to determine your router location or IP address or whatever. (I kind of forget what it is) and then they use a program to boot sort of boot or block your connection.

Basically they can sniff out IPs and forcefully, with software, make other people disconnect on the other team so that it is 3v1 and they can get easy victories. (That's it in a nutshell)
