There's a fallen outpost near where you wake the hive on the moon. Accidentally saw a 28 captain on the way back from a patrol quest and found it, neat addition I think :)

That was the one I needed help with! Didn't even think of checking up there, and had checked everywhere else on the Moon. There are a few groups down in the Hellmouth, if your Light is strong enough for the decent. Good hunting!
