I noticed a long time ago... but I just decided to make a post about it today. :D

I think what bothers me the most about it though is how many of the Halo weapons were not subject to these same design flaws. Just kinda makes you wonder how they took a step back after they moved to Destiny.

Well unfortunately, many of the people who worked on Halo didn't work on Destiny.
