Replace wifi with a hard wired Ethernet connection if you haven't already. Bungie does not recommend wifi for stable performance. I get kicked rarely compared to my friends who still cling to the delusion wifi is good enough.

Yes that idea is highly recommended. Destiny uses alot of data, I've never seen another game use this much data so the most stable connection you can get is recommended.
