The armamentarium chest for the titan spawns you in with 2 grenades as well. So with defender class you get 2 sticky grenades also. I dont think its gonna be as bad as you are sayin though. I think its gonna be all the last round snipes thats gonna rule ToO

The armamentarium lets you carry two grenades, but they are still subject to individual cooldowns. You will not spawn every round with full grenade energy on a Titan.

Whenever Im playing crucible I start every match with 2 and then both have to charge up. I dont know if thats not supposed to happen but it does for me

I think you are missing the point. Everyone starts a match with grenades. In the ToO it is going to be a round based elimination gametype that will start everyone at the start of the first round with grenades but then at the beginning of each round your grenades will still be cooling down unless you have this perk.

We'll see... nobody has played it yet so nobody can say for sure how that works. For all you know everyone will start each round fresh or maybe not I dont know.
