At most it's a bit annoying to go to Petra and Vance and the quartermaster and factions at different places

Certainly, it isn't ruining my enjoyment of the expansion. At worst it's a pretty minor inconvenience, but what could have been in the expansion if they had spent that time and effort elsewhere?
