Dear PC players
Thank you for not being able to run gta 5 at its highest quality because it will slow down your game.
And true PC gamers don't use USB controllers, they use keyboard and mouse and I guarantee you're not one of them.

I can run it at 4k, and I will always use GTA with a keyboard/mouse.

It may not be at highest quality but it's still better than console graphics.

Not really? Seen people trying to run dying light on PC, last time I've seen that slow of a frame rate I was flipping through a picture book....
