I'm on my feet 10-12 hours a day. Your footwear means EVERYTHING!
Found these amazing insoles at the Redwing store. You put them in the oven and they mold to your feet. Not sure if they carry them in women's sizes, but you can check their website. Cost about $60 but they're incredible.

I paid like $240 for mine. They got the rubber over the toe and heel. Where I work leather gets chewed up like crazy

I gotta get composite toed climbing boots, so mine are in the $320 range plus the insoles. I love them so much I went ahead and got a second pair so I can rotate them when I work in the rain or something. There's just no better boot company out there, man.
