DLC is not a joke, but putting solar burn, and not testing your final boss fight is pretty ridiculous. The lead designer of HoW has never shot a Gjallahorn according to the PoE stream.

The idea was to create a small crappie dlc with tdb, and screw people. Then people would like the next one with just as little content. But it didn't screw u as much. So u feel better. There aren't complaints about recycled story, same areas re hashed etc. They can re roll guns, and ascend the old stuff without a grind. So they're happy. Bungie did hire behavioral scientists, and sociologists.
