Once the new dlc has been dropped chances are most of the bugs will be fixed, the queen's favour should become available to those who couldn't get it yesterday.

Understandable. It looks like at this moment they haven't gotten to this one. They answered a lot of 'why can't I play HoW' but not this. Personally think this is a bit more important but they may have reported it to the techs since there are tons of these topics. Crossing my fingers they answer your question!
