Hello jessyskullkid, The Heroic/Legendary/Mythic status was based off of the trust rating you had before the big move to bungie.next. Trust rating was like the underlying "score" used to determine your bnet title. There isn't much on trust rating as its a top secret "hush hush" type topic, however you can read about all we know [url=http://bungie.wikia.com/wiki/Bungie.net_Trust_Rating][b]here.[/b][/url] Of course, it may have just been that something went wrong. Something that resulted in you not getting the emblem. Unfortunately, if you haven't gotten it by the start of destiny, you'll be unable to get it entirely.
