You don't have to be level 32! It's all RNG based so, in the laws of Destiny, could take you 5 chests or 80. Personally i have 2 keys and it took me about 35 chests.

When you kill a wolf and the ether key is counting down hiw do you find the chests? Just randomly come across it or wtf?
