nope. even being a good person does not put you above the law. would i have done the same thing as he? absolutely. but i am aware that what i did was illegal.

Isn't there that quote about how if a law is unfair/etc then you should not follow it? I feel as though since he did the right thing getting the dog out, he should not have been arrested, just paid for the window

well kinda, but anyone could argue that any law is unjust so they dont follow it.
