Best PvP pulse besides red death IMO. Stable and has bonus damage, can proc 27 for headshots if you chain body shots.

Check out the Evergreen on my hunter - I've been rolling with that instead of Red Death. I almost parted it (tend to automatically do that with blue/greens) but noticed the impact/stability/range combo - reload and ROF are right up there too
