Shotgun doesn't work on him. Even a Fel Winter can't one shot him, the bullets are registered as "Immune!"

He can snipe me with his shoulder charge, dude. And it's an instant action with no cooldown time what so ever. And don't tell me to use blink against him, he can easily intercept those as well.
