I was there. It was 4 mins. PTSD is one hell of a problem. People with PTSD who act out in such a violent manner should be locked up in a mental institute.

Let me lock you in a hot ass car for "4 minutes" and see how you feel. I bet if you weren't able to get out and save yourself you would want someone to help you. Just because it's a dog doesn't mean you can leave it in a car. How about we lock you up in a mental institution for being so damn stupid.

I have been in a hot car for 7 hours with my dog. We both were happy and fine. 4 minutes is a lot less than 7 hours.

Bullshit, maybe driving with a window cracked but not sitting in a car with the windows up in a parking lot.

We had two flat tires and didn't trust the area I was in. So window cracked waiting in the car for someone to bring a spare tyre.

The car the dog was in had the windows down a fair bit. Not enough for the dog to get out but down more than a quarter down.
