Bought it on Sunday, made a character, waited in line for 10 mins to get into the game, played for about 10 mins- then I deleted it. For me it was a waste of $40. - graphics were nothing to write home about - interface was clunky - fighting mechanics were really odd to me And went back to my first love- Destiny. Even though the content is getting old, I still like it better than ESO. My 2 cents

I don't understand why ppl want to compare an online mmorpg to a single player rpg, ESO and Skyrim respectively. You have an itch for ES and yu want to enjoy it with other millions of other ppl? pick up ESO. The graphics are good but Zenimax sacrifices graphics for content. You want a single player action adventure ES? Wait for Bethesda to announce the new game.

Passing on both of them myself. One looks like a bland stripped out game and the other just more of the same old stale FPS fare.

Btw, this game should never be associated with The brilliant creation that is The Elder Scrolls series. TES Oblivion was probably the best gaming experience I ever had.

ESO is amazing. I was part of a giant siege in what was perhaps the most memorable experience I've ever had in gaming. The huge battles that can occur are nuts

1 ReplyI saw how it came out for PC with their extremely stupid business tacts (A race that can go on ANY faction is locked behind a pre-order, really?) as well as Angry Joe's review of it. I don't think I'll be picking it up. I just hope the next Elder Scrolls singleplayer game isn't as watered down as Skyrim :\
