You have to aim with Nova Bomb, you can kill yourself with it, and you don't have a perk that allows you to survive a golden gun shot when using it. Bitch, you only have a lvl 10 Warlock so stfu

  • 1. I love it when the person who's trying to nova bomb me aims at the floor cuz I'm moving towards them 2. It's very difficult to kill yourself, quite rare 3. You'd have to be 5 ft away to sanely use a fist on a golden gun anyway. 4. I don't need to be a warlock to make an observation as a guardian in the crucible, stfu

Of course they aim at the floor, the bomb explodes on impact, only a stupid little kid would aim for your face. 2. I agree, but it's a possibility at the very least, unlike Titans where it's impossible to. 3. What? Bruh, there's an upgrade called shock wave. It creates a wave of instant killing electricity on the floor. There's also maps called the anomaly, where its a shotgun fest and golden gun is useless because you get fist of panicked every time. 4. Yeah, but you can't say Warlocks panic bomb all the time, or even understand their thought process when using it, if you don't actively use it yourself. If you activate nova bomb and someone runs right next to you, are you going to aim for them, or next to them so that it explodes, kills them, and possibly kills another player. Obvious choice.

While you can't kill yourself, you can easily misjudge the fist radius or your jump and completely and utterly whiff. It happens way too much for me to be even remotely okay with 3. I don't see many people using shockwave. That's more of a situational thing in that case. But I suppose that case is fair. 4. I know I can't understand their thought process when doing it, not yet anyway. The most I can go on is when I asked my warlock friend he said "o yea, it happens somewhat often" but what I do notice is that half the time when I am getting hit with a nova bomb, they go from looking towards where I was to looking to the ground below them because I went behind them and the radius blows me up. (5.) thank you, I appreciate a nice lil discussion

Plus that lift off the ground thing that happens when Nova bombing is so annoying. I can't tell you how many times I've activated my nova bomb but I was lifted up and it hit the top of the doorway. 3. Yeah, shockwave isn't as good as others. I guess the only time people would use it is on the Combined Arms playlist. 4. No comment 5. Same.

I wasn't completely sure, as with my example in 4, it looks like a panic when they quickly aim down at their feet even though it seems like I would out run them being able to move downwards. 2. The whole tragectory guessing is similar, but it seems like you have much less of an issue coming up short. (But as you said, it's easier for you to get caught on ledges which is another thing that happens way too much for me to be okay with, not nearly as much as hitting the ground near them though) 3. I don't quite remember where shockwave is on the class menu, but if my guess is right, I prefer aftershocks way more than shockwave) 4. No comment on the no comment
