Bungie Lied
The game is a half cobbled together mess. Story lines that don't make sense.
Voice recordings that don't make sense.
A story told halfway through the half-baked cards.
Super tight gameplay!
Broken mechanics.
Extra on disc geometry that doesn't show up in any gameplay yet.
Missing characters.
Changed characters.
It's all a big conspiracy people.
Edit: I've been playing this game since the Alpha. Stop acting like I'm "late" to the party.

If you glitches into the area on Venus you will notice a huge difference before and after the last update. The gun play in this game is the best I've ever seen and I haven't had many problems with mechanics at all. Thy never lied. It's Like when people said they lied about each dlc having a raid when nothing they put out said that. Only leaks.

24 RepliesThe whole idea is a ten year release of the game, this includes the story. Why are people so hell bent on instant gratification? If they released it all now, we'd all burn through the content and walk away in weeks. This is mmo format, don't like it? Go play halo.

For a 10 year game , you have to realize that this (#1) is for all intents and purposes, the Beta (1.5). The on disc stuff is just the framework for things to be downloaded later. Their isn't anything we have that is paywall deactivated ready. The servers are what will push out new content. When you make a game of this size obviously things get cut, from size to time tables, bugs that prevent solid cohesive gameplay, change in direction, and any number of things. Why do you think movies always get directors cuts. Why can't people understand this? Yes, it was a bad decision to end the game as vague as it was. It could've been vague while still giving a bit more. They will have more cash to float bigger cut scenes more frequently in the future, but it was more than likely cut to allow for other things. It has a lot in it, and most games on systems don't have people play as long or as frequently as this one. Let alone trying to keep grinders grinding 365 days every year.
