Maybe you only get the light perks from all 4 and can only choose from 2 of the 4 different pieces of clothes perk wise maybe?

I think if you put too many stipulations on it, it would become too hard for Bungie to create/implement it will never happen. Simpler would make this idea more probably. But let's be honest, it'll never happen anyway.
