I would never want to max a rare price of gear because it had only 1 perk. If it could randomly give us a second perk and make it legendary I could get behind that,

had a hard time understanding you r comment but i think you mean you would not like fully leveling a rare weapon because it would only have 2 perks?

Sorry my wife was telling me a work story while I wrote that. Rare gear only had the 1 perk and dosent have intellect, strength. It will only give you 1 option and that wouldn't fit my build for higher level content. For looks I say hell yeah but it's just not practical

im wondering if it changes with the VOG gear moving to level 34 this has not been answered by bungie. my VOG helm only has 89 discipline which is going to be horrible for a level 34.
