I actually wonder this for all of the "let's play" youtubers. I just you know...play the game myself? Maybe I'm just a dinosaur. An old skool rebel that refuses to change with the times. But seriously, can someone explain this phenomena go me?

Why do you watch sports events. Because it's entertaining. Some people find watching others play games entertaining.

I actually find watching sports boring as well. Exception of a football game every now and then. So much more fun to play. The difference is...anyone can buy and actually play the same game. We can't all be athletic enough to play sports.
