No they do not. Very special circumstances they have. They won't just give someone the best exotic just cause they asked.

My response was joking that players who post these "Please give me [insert weapon] because I'm [insert purpose]" requests really think they'll really be given what they want. I'll be honest, I've run out of patience with these types of posts. Just had to vent a sentence I suppose. :-)
