Now the question is, is it a new limited use combat vehicle like the other, or a radically different sparrow option? Either way looks sexy as all well.

I think it'll only be featured in this one Story Mission in House of Wolves; I say it's a Story mission because the area doesn't look like any place you can visit in Patrol mode, or otherwise in any of the existing Story missions or Strikes on Venus. I doubt it'll be like the Sparrow; if it's armed, chances are it would be a real game-breaker in Combined Arms.
