Inspect my Titan's Spear. It is seriously the best roll possible without Final Round. And yes, Outlaw and Spray n Pray do stack. The reload is so fast that the animation can't finish in time.

I would switch Outlaw for Double Down (arguably the most broken sniper perk in the game at the moment), but that's just me. Also, inspect your Titan's Spear? Giggity.

Pretty sure that would be redundant. From what I've noticed, outlaw completely maxes out reload speed and anything after that (chain of woe) is wasted.

Chain of woe and gunslingers trance BOTH continue to stack (at a lower rate) after the x3 cap. And other perks add to this

Idk, anytime I used it with outlaw, I didn't really notice any difference in reload speed.

So no outlaw does not max out reload speed. Who's next, flared mag well, outlaw can all be combined for instant reload.

I was trying out Single-Point on Last Word with that one Bladedancer perk... Such quickdraw.
