I have an E Spear with final round, but I don't empty my mag just to use that 1 shot....That's a damn waste IMO. Typically, if I am running Perfect Balance I will pop a head shot, try to pop another headshot, but if I miss I get the 1 shot body kill. I don't manipulate my mag to only body shot with final round.

Respect 4 that but if you don't abuse it then you better off with better rifles like LDR or some others.

Honestly, I use it mainly as a PvE rifle. Was the first roll I got with Arc dmg and Field Scout. Just so happens to have Final round and Perfect Balance.
