Yea you're wrong it's a 2 shot head shot kill not three, it doesn't need luck in the chamber for a 2 shot head shot for the Timmy.

Timurs lash does 96 for a headshot so it's never a 2 shot without luck in the chamber.

Can't confirm for iron banner although I'm sure it's still the same result. In regular PVP it is a 2 shot head shot kill, no luck in the chamber needed I can confirm this cause I've used the Timmy plenty of times.

2x 96 = 192. That would need to be the very lowest of HP setups, I'm not even sure you can bring your HP down that far think minimum is 194.

Correct statement. I have a Red Hand with outlaw, send it and Luck in the chamber and it is better than Timur's. I have a Timur's with zen moment, perfect balance and luck as well to compare. Red Hand is just better although Timur's is not bad.

Or any HC with good perk rolls. It's not just Timurs.
