too be honest star wars would win hands down...as we have allready seen the flood will -blam!- up the halo guys and when its all done the empire will come in and finish off the rest. or did they not -blam!- up their galaxy with the halo rings because of the flood in the first place?

both universes verse each other meaning the flood is allied with the rest of the halo universe

If the empires and the rebels can team up, what's to say the humans, covies, forerunners, flood, pre-forerunner-war humans, prometheans, and the precursors wouldn't team up?

It wouldn't matter, the Jedi and Sith Lords would wipe them out by themselves. They are incredibly powerful, especially the Sith.

Best thing a Force user ever did was destroy a planet, while being augmented by a device. Precursors can destroy planets as easily as a Star Destroyer can destroy ships. The Jedi have no feats that are even remotely comparable.

I doubt the Jedi and sith are actually capable of fighting the precursors, a literal force of the universe
