I've played iron banner every time..after rank 3 weapons drop thru progression in the iron banner I know how it works ...they do not have to be purchased . The last IBS weapons s drop as loot for the current IB . And the new one a be purchased

You're right they don't [u]have[/u] to be purchased, however is still RNG deciding whether or not you win anything whilst levelling up your rep
