Can we roll Perfect Balance in 2nd column?
If so i would be aiming for this combo for Pvp:
Steadyhand IS/Perfect Balance/Field Scout/Third eye or Crowd control
Is this combo possible or does Perfect Balance only come in same column as field scout?

You can not get Perfect Balance as a second column perk. You can get Zen Moment. I don't feel that base Stability poses any issue at all for PvE. I would much rather have Outlaw. I settled for: Performance Bonus Field Scout Crowd Control Performance Bonus is not the best, but I'm happy with it otherwise.
