Yes the hand cannon fron Iron Banner is good 3 to 2 shot kill in PVP depending on the perks. It shoots slower than others. The heavy is good also depending on perks I have range finder perfect balance and crowd control on mine. It all depends on the reroll or drop you get. I spent alot on rerol of the scout rifle and finally got Firefly on it.
