how is it not the same? OP is complaining that thorn can down "the best crucible players" in 2 headshots. so a weapon that can do it in 1 isn't more powerful?

So can shotguns, fusion rifles, rockets... You get my point. Thorn is a primary, it should not kill as fast as a weapon in the secondary/heavy tier. I'm not saying thorn needs a Nerf... I'm just saying your example is not the same.
