Xur has sold truth like 3-4 times. Why dont you have one?

Probably cause the first 2 times I didn't even know noodle face existed and the last time I saw it but didn't have enough strange coins it was back when the weekly wasn't matchmaking and I didn't have all 3 characters up to snuff. But I know I frack up!!
